Ricky’s practice focuses on helping clients receive the benefits they deserve under the federal laws that apply to Social Security Disability, veterans disability, ERISA disability, and workers’ compensation. He also assists consumers with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy under the United States Bankruptcy Code.
Ricky finds it rewarding to help clients secure benefits they need and get relief from financial challenges through consumer bankruptcy. He takes a very personal approach in his practice to ensure that his clients receive professional and courteous service, in addition to receiving the necessary legal assistance. His goal is to help clients secure the maximum available resources and legal relief they need to move forward with their lives. Ricky advocates diligently and effectively to help clients protect their rights and secure their future.
Before establishing his law office, Ricky has spent more than eight years helping individuals obtain Social Security Disability benefits through GAR Disability Advocates™, a national specialized advocacy firm. Ricky is a co-founder of GAR, which continues to provide SSD services to clients of the law firm.
In his law practice, Ricky draws on the skills and ability he developed in advocating for GAR clients. His deep understanding of the challenges that individuals face in securing benefits enables him to address a client’s legal issues while providing efficient, cost-effective advocacy and representation for his clients. Ricky’s broad experience and his financial credentials benefit every client, regardless of the specific type of matter for which they need assistance.
