Ricky Stern

Ricky Stern is the founder and owner of The Law Office of Ricky Stern LLC. Ricky’s practice focuses on helping clients receive the benefits they deserve under the federal laws that apply to Social Security Disability, veterans disability, ERISA disability, and workers’ compensation. He also assists consumers with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy under the United States Bankruptcy Code.

Ricky finds it rewarding to help clients secure benefits they need and get relief from financial challenges through consumer bankruptcy. Before establishing his law office, Ricky has spent more than eight years helping individuals obtain Social Security Disability benefits through GAR Disability Advocates™, a national specialized advocacy firm. Ricky is a co-founder of GAR, which continues to provide SSD services to clients of the law firm.
